A.J. McLean, of Backstreet Boys fame, is expecting a second child with his wife, Rochelle!
The 38-year-old singer announced the exciting news on his Instagram with an adorable snap of four pairs of Nike Air Jordan’s.
Rochelle, 34, reposted the image and added a cheeky grammar correction: “THEN there were FOUR! Cats out of the bag!” and went on to say she “Couldn’t be more excited to add another little to our family! Baby McLean #2 spring 2017! ❤️”
The couple, who tied the knot in December 2011 in Beverly Hills, California, already have a daughter called Ava, 3.
A.J., who has a history of alcohol and drug addiction, admitted in an interview with “inTouch” magazine that he is an alcoholic and addict, saying that “it’s an ongoing struggle, a daily thing”.
However, he thanked his daughter for keeping him on the sober path, adding: “I can’t stress how much my daughter is an inspiration to stay sober.”
Back in January, A.J. opened up to “PEOPLE” magazine about the possibility of growing his family. “Mommy and Daddy are trying to figure out when we get Mommy, Daddy time. We are talking about [baby] number two so it’s trying to figure out when and where!” he said.
Well, it seems that time has arrived for the McLean family! Best wishes to the happy couple and we can’t wait to find out the name of the newest McLean baby!
