Boxing star Amir Khan is expecting his second child with his soon-to-be ex-wife, Faryal Makhdoom.
The surprise news comes just a few weeks after the couple announced that they would be splitting up amidst rumours of Faryal cheating on Amir. However, Faryal seems to be very excited about her pregnancy and took to Twitter to share the news: “Alhumdulilah , blessed with baby number 2 in my tummy. #Excited eating away, can’t stop.”
Amir and Faryal, who tied the knot back in 2013, are already parents to three-year-old Lamaisah.
The Bolton-born boxer announced that he and his wife were splitting up in a simple tweet to his 2.19 million followers: “So me and the wife Faryal have agreed to split. I’m currently in Dubai. Wish her all the best.”
Despite the unhappy circumstances, we wish them all the best with their pregnancy journey.
