The Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine, 37, and his wife Behati Prinsloo, 27, welcomed their daughter into the world on Wednesday evening! The couple have already revealed the name – Dusty Rose.
A source close to the couple told “US Weekly”magazine: “Everything went well and the baby is beautiful. They’re a very happy couple and excited to start their family. I can tell you they make very beautiful babies together.”
The couple got married back in July 2014 in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, after dating for 2 years. They announced their pregnancy in March and the following month it was revealed that the pair were expecting a baby girl.
During the pregnancy Behati kept fans updated on her growing bump by sharing many Instagram snaps. Last week she posted a snap of her showing off her bump at the beach, captioning it with a bomb emoji.
Adam told Ryan Seacrest that starting a family was top of list for the couple: “We’re definitely going to do it, I want to have 100 kids. I want to have more kids than would be socially responsible.”
Dusty Rose is a very unique name and is actually a very pretty shade of light pink. We think it’s a wonderfully interesting take on the more traditional “Rose”!
