Ferne McCann debuted her baby bump on the red carpet yesterday evening after breaking her silence on her baby.
She made an appearance at the Pride of North East Awards in Newcastle wearing a summery orange silk dress that really showed off her bump.
Ferne kept her look simple and chic but it was clear that her baby took the spotlight in her ensemble.
This comes after Ferne talked to Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby on “The Morning Show” sofa last week, where she couldn’t hold back tears as she talked about the support she has received from strangers on social media.
“That is what I’m so grateful for. Everyone’s words from single mothers and fathers to people who have followed my career to people who have never seen me on TV,” she said. “Sorry I need to get myself together. Everyone has been so supportive. That’s what gets me the most. People’s kindness has just been lovely.”
“My main concern and priority is the baby,” Ferne was quick to emphasize.
The father of Ferne’s baby is Arthur Collins, who was recently arrested and charged in an attack at a nightclub in East London. Ferne found out about the pregnancy soon after but has since cut off all ties with him.
