Looks like the rumours are finally facts – George and Amal Clooney are definitely having twins and they’re due in June!
We posted in January about the speculation that the Hollywood power couple are expecting but it seems that there is now confirmation. US talk show host, Julie Chen, spilled the beans on the CBS show “The Talk,” after getting confirmation from a representative of the couple.
“Beyoncé is not the only superstar expecting twins,” she said. “Congratulations are in order for George and Amal Clooney!”
The rumours started when Amal stepped out to an event in London last month wearing a loose floral dress that showed off a hint of a baby bump underneath.
For George and Amal, who tied the knot in 2014 in a lavish ceremony in Venice, their twins will make them first time parents.
“When George and Amal found out it was twins they were surprised, but also a little scared because they both had said that one was enough. But the news that it was a boy and a girl made them both really happy. They feel like they’ve hit the family jackpot,” an insider told “InTouch Weekly.”
The news comes just one week after Beyoncé announced that she is having twins. George and Amal are one of many celeb couples who are expecting or have just welcomed multiple children. Kieron Richardson is also expecting twins with his husband and Pharrell has just welcomed triplets with his wife.
