Jonathan Rhys Meyers and his fiancé, Mara Lane, have revealed that they have become parents to a baby boy!
The couple welcomed their first child together on December 15th of last year, so some stealth tactics were definitely employed to conceal the new arrival.
“E! News” reported that Mara gave birth in the comfort of their own home, and the baby was delivered by a midwife.
The pair have gone for a unique baby name for their new bundle of joy…Wolf Rhys Meyers!
Jonathan and Mara broke the news that they were expecting back in September, and since then they have kept fans up-to-date on social media. Mara shared an Instagram photo of her cradling her bump over the Christmas period, just weeks before she gave birth.
The pair got in engaged in December 2014 after a year of dating. It is rumoured that they secretly tied the knot in September 2015, but neither of the parties have confirmed it.
Jonathan, who has a history of alcohol addiction, seems to have stayed sober since he went on a binge in May 2015. We are sure that having his son will help him continue his journey to health and happiness.
