Nick Cannon has welcomed his third child with his girlfriend, Brittany Bell!
He took to Twitter to announce the happy news, writing: “Weeping may endure for a night, but Joy cometh in the morning! No matter how hard the world may hit you, God always reminds us of our purpose! #TrueHappiness. Welcome to Earth Son!”
Nick also revealed the name of his latest bundle of joy…Golden ‘Sagon’ Cannon.
This certainly makes his baby a “golden” boy! While the name is an unusual one, it is nothing that out there if we use celebrity baby name standards.
The couple announced that they were expecting back in November. Golden is Nick’s third child and Brittany’s first. Nick, who was married to Grammy Award-winning singer Mariah Carey, already has a set of twins with her – Monroe and Moroccan, 5.
Nick opened up to ABC in June about his family life, saying how much he cherishes it.
“I love children. Everybody knows that. Whether it’s having more of my own, or adopting, whatever, I love that process,” he said. “Kids kind of bring that vibrant side [out] of me so whenever I can be a part of that process I’m with it.”
“We’re here to be fruitful and multiply,” he added.
