Congratulations are in order for “Scandal” star, Katie Lowes, as she welcomes her first child with husband Adam Shapiro!
The couple welcomed a baby boy who they have named Albee . Taking to Instagram to reveal the happy news, Katie shared a photo of her son’s feet and captioned it: “Baby’s first #Scandal Thursday! @shappyshaps and I are thrilled to welcome Albee Shapiro to our family! We’re happy & healthy! #BabyGladiator.”
This is their first child for Katie and Adam, who have been married since 2012. She revealed she was expecting on an episode of “Jimmy Kimmel Live” back in May.
She revealed that “Scandal” show runner Shonda Rhimes knew Katie was pregnant: “She knows the minute I got pregnant. [Either it was a] really good weekend eating pizza and beer or I was pregnant.”
