Serena Williams Confirms Daughter’s Unique Name

Tennis champion Serena recently welcomed her daughter with fiancé, Alexis Ohanian and she posted a photo for her fans to give everyone a glimpse of her bouncing baby girl!

She shared the photo on her Instagram and captioned it: “Meet Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr.”

It seems as if she has chosen to name her daughter after her father – conveniently, Alexis is a great unisex name that could be used for boys and girls, so there’s no strangeness there!

Serena welcomed baby Alexis at the beginning of the month at a hospital in Florida. This is the first child for both Serena and Alexis, who started dating in 2015 and have been engaged since 2016.
