Peter Andre and Emily MacDonagh have welcomed their baby boy!
The new dad announced the birth on Twitter, saying: “Very very happy for our new baby boy:))” and “Thanks so much for all you’re lovely comments. Buzzing (sic).”
A representative for the singer has confirmed that “both mother and baby are doing fine” after giving birth, which is heartening to hear as Emily had a close call just earlier this month that caused Peter to pull out of attending the Pride of Britain awards.
This is the couple’s first boy together. They already have a daughter, Amelia, 2. Peter has two more children from his previous relationship with Katie Price: Junior, 11 and Princess, 9.
Peter previously talked about what his baby name choices would be, saying he prefers safer name choices over more adventurous ones. “I love traditional names like Rose, Elizabeth or Mary,” he said. “For boys, strong – James, Arthur, Oscar and Max.”
Congrats to the happy couple and we can’t wait until the tell us their final name choice! We are partial to Arthur, as it would complement Amelia very well.
