Zoe Saldana has surprised fans by announcing that she has welcomed her third child with husband Marco Perego!
She revealed the happy news on Instagram over the weekend, sharing a snap of her three boys and captioning it: “Marco and I are elated to share the news of the the birth of our son Zen. We couldn’t feel more blessed with the new addition to our family. #threeboys… oh boy!”
The news has come as a surprise to every one as the actress was not visibly pregnant while she has been out in Los Angeles in the past few months. Zoe also never made any pregnancy announcement this time around, so it really was a very low key and private affair.
Zoe and Marco are already parents to twin boys, Cy Aridio and Bowie Ezio, who were born in November 2014. She has named her newest addition Zen – a very peaceful name indeed!
Speaking to “Hello!” magazine after the birth of her twins, Zoe said she found the transition into motherhood quite easy and talked a bit about her post-pregnancy body: “I definitely took a break, and I trusted that my body was going to bounce back when it was ready,” she said. “I never wanted to push myself.”
